Visibility · SEO and AI search

Get found by the search engines and AI assistants people ask where to go.

Visibility puts the facts about your bar, venue, store or brand where search engines and AI assistants look, on your own domain, and keeps them right every month. $895 a month, or $795 a month billed annually.

People ask an assistant before they ask a friend.

“Somewhere with good cocktails that is open after midnight.” “Live music on Thursday.” “Where can I buy this near me?” More of those questions now go to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot than to a search box, and the assistant answers from whatever it can find and trust. For most venues that is a stale listing, a menu inside a PDF and an Instagram grid it cannot read.

Visibility fixes the source. You get a brand page and a custom page, written to be read by people, search engines and AI assistants alike, on your own domain, with the markup and files that machines use to check them. Every month we update the facts, ask the assistants a fixed set of questions and report what they said.

What you get

Six deliverables, every month.

Brand page

One page that says what you are, kept current

Who you are, where you are, when you are open, what is on and how to book or buy, written as plain text a person and a crawler can both read. Updated every month, and whenever something changes.

Custom page

A page for the thing you are pushing

A launch, a season, a residency or a campaign gets a page of its own with its dates, prices and booking link, so there is one clear source to cite when someone asks about it.

Your domain

On your own address, not ours

Both pages are served on a domain you own, so every link and every citation builds your name. Bring the domain; the setup is a DNS record.

Structured data

The facts in a form machines trust

Schema.org markup for your venue or business, opening hours, events and offers, checked against the validators each month so the markup never says something the page does not.

Agent files

llms.txt, markdown and discovery files

A plain-language llms.txt, a markdown version of each page, crawler rules that let the AI assistants in, and the discovery files agents look for. The same set this site publishes.

Monthly report

What changed, and what the assistants now say

Search visibility, crawler visits and a fixed panel of questions asked of the major AI assistants, with what we fixed and what comes next. See the example layout below.

What happens month to month.

The first month sets the baseline: what the assistants say about you before anything changes, what your listings say, and what search engines can and cannot read. After that, every month follows the same four steps.

  1. Week 1 Facts pass. Hours, address, events, prices and booking links checked against your calendar and your listings. Anything that disagrees is corrected at the source.
  2. Week 2 Pages and markup. The brand page and the custom page updated, the structured data regenerated and validated, and search engines notified of the change.
  3. Week 3 Question panel. The same set of questions asked of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, recording whether you are mentioned, whether the answer is right and which page it cites.
  4. Week 4 Report. What changed, what the assistants said, what we fixed and what we will do next month, in one page you can forward.

If your hours change on a bank holiday or a residency is announced mid-month, the pages change the same day. The report is the record, not the schedule.

The monthly report

One page you can forward.

This is the layout, not a result. Every figure is filled in from your own accounts and the month’s question panel, next to the baseline from month one.

Straight answers

What we promise, and what nobody can.

We do

  • Your facts published correctly, in one place, on your own domain, and kept current every month.
  • Structured data, llms.txt, markdown pages and crawler rules set up and maintained.
  • Disagreements between your site and your listings found and fixed at the source.
  • The same questions asked of the major assistants every month, and the answers reported as they are.
  • A founder on email, and a plain account of what worked and what did not.

Nobody can promise

  • What a third-party assistant says. Nobody controls that, and anyone who guarantees a place in ChatGPT’s answer is selling something they do not own.
  • A ranking position on a given date. Search engines and assistants crawl on their own schedules.
  • That an assistant will cite you over a larger site. We make yours the clearest, most consistent source; the choice is theirs.
  • Results before they are measured. The report starts from a baseline and says what moved.

sparkletree.io is the worked example.

We sell this, so our own site runs it. Everything a Visibility customer gets is live on sparkletree.io, and you can read every file.

  • Plain pages first. Every page is static HTML with the facts in the text, not in images or scripts, and a single canonical address.
  • Structured data. Organization, SoftwareApplication, Service, Article, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList markup, all pointing at the same organisation.
  • Markdown for agents. llms.txt summarises the site, and index.md serves the homepage as markdown. Request the homepage with Accept: text/markdown and the server answers in markdown.
  • Crawler rules. robots.txt names and allows GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, Claude-User, PerplexityBot and Bingbot, and states content signals.
  • Agent discovery. An agent card, an MCP server card and a resource directory under /.well-known/, so an agent can find and use SparkleTree without a person in the loop.
  • Fast indexing. Changed pages are submitted through IndexNow, which Bing and other search engines use, after each release instead of waiting for the next crawl.

Results pending The site moved to this setup in September 2026. We will publish the baseline, what changed and the limits of what we can attribute once there is enough data to measure, not before.

FAQ

Questions about Visibility.

What is the Visibility package?

SparkleTree’s SEO and AI search package. You get a brand page and a custom page, written to be read by search engines and by the AI assistants people ask where to go and what to buy, served on your own domain with structured data, llms.txt, markdown versions and agent discovery files. Each month we check the facts, update the pages, ask a fixed set of questions of the major assistants and send you a report. It is $895 a month, or $795 a month billed annually ($9,540 a year).

Can you guarantee we show up in ChatGPT?

No, and nobody honestly can. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot decide what to say from what they find. What we control is what they find: one clear, current, consistent source about you, on your own domain, that crawlers are allowed to read. The monthly report tells you what the assistants actually said.

How is this different from a normal SEO agency?

It covers the same ground a good local SEO would, your pages, markup and listings, and adds the files and checks that AI assistants and agents use: llms.txt, markdown pages, crawler rules for AI bots and a monthly question panel across the assistants. It is a fixed monthly price with a fixed set of deliverables, not a retainer billed by the hour.

Do we have to change our website?

No. The Visibility pages live on your domain alongside your existing site, usually on a path or subdomain you choose. If your main site has problems that stop crawlers reading it, such as opening hours inside an image or a blanket block on AI bots, the report says so and tells you how to fix it.

What is not included?

Campaigns, screens, QR codes, the online store and the channel connections. Those are the Venue plan, $4,995 a month per venue. Every plan, Visibility included, comes with the SparkleTree MCP server, so you can run it from Claude, Codex or any MCP client; see developers and integrations.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. The guide How to get your bar or venue found by ChatGPT and AI assistants sets out every step, and none of it needs SparkleTree. Visibility is for operators who would rather it was done, checked and reported every month.
