For brands

Brand activation that works on every shelf, bar and stadium screen, and reports back.

Launches, shopper marketing, sponsorships and personalised video, placed on your channels and on partner surfaces, tailored to each visitor in real time, and measured per retailer, venue and screen. One brief, every surface.

Your product lives in other people’s stores.

A brand spends months on a campaign and then hands the most important moment to someone else. The shelf belongs to the retailer, the back bar to the venue, the concourse to the stadium. The display goes up where the store decides. The printed version says the same thing for six weeks. And nobody can tell you whether anyone looked at it, let alone what they did next.

When it goes wrong, you rarely find out why. At Harris Teeter, the Dr Pepper end-cap stood more than a hundred metres from the ten-packs the experience needed. We know that because every step was measured: of the 492 starts, 91 percent watched it through and took a follow-up action, and the placement is what held the starts down. Most in-store promotion never produces a sentence like that.

SparkleTree is brand activation software built as an always-on digital promoter. You give it the brief, the brand book and the assets. It writes and versions the campaign, places it on your own channels and on partner surfaces, tailors every version to the visitor in real time, and reports what happened, per surface and per partner.

Before, during and after every activation.

How it works for a brand
01 Before they arrive

Build demand before the shelf or the stand

The launch, the flavour, the partnership and the offer reach shoppers and fans on socials, ads, out-of-home screens, your own site and the AI assistants they ask, in your brand voice, from one brief.

02 While they are there

Win the moment at someone else’s point of sale

An end-cap, a back bar, a stadium concourse or a festival stand becomes a surface. A QR code, a paired screen or the pack itself opens a campaign that tailors the video and the copy to the person in front of it and answers their questions.

03 After they leave

Turn a scan into a fan

Follow the brand, claim the offer, buy the tickets, find the nearest stockist or shop direct. Every follow-up action is counted per surface and per partner, and reported back.

What brands run on it

Every shelf, bar, stand and screen your product lives on.

Shopper marketing

End-caps, shelves and displays

A QR code on the end-cap, the shelf talker or the pack opens a campaign the shopper can watch and act on, and that answers their questions, right where the product is.

Sponsorships

Stadiums, festivals and venue partners

Your sponsorship becomes something fans do, not a logo they walk past: a paired screen on the concourse, a code on the cup, a campaign that knows it is half-time.

Personalised video

One shoot, hundreds of versions

One greenscreen take became 900+ personalised clips for Dr Pepper and the Charlotte Hornets. SparkleTree renders the variants and plays the right one for each viewer.

Launches

Product launches and limited drops

A launch runs everywhere at once from one brief: socials and ads to build it, screens and packs to sell it, and your own site to catch the search.

On-trade

The bars and venues that pour you

The back-bar screen, the table code and the menu promote your serve in the venues that stock it, tailored to the night and the room.

Reporting

Numbers your partners will pay for

Scans, starts, completions, questions and follow-up actions, per surface, per retailer and per venue, so the next activation is an easy yes.

An activation with SparkleTree running.

Six weeks out. The brand team loads the brief, the brand book, the product and one greenscreen take of the talent. Each retailer, venue and stadium partner gets a surface of its own.

Four weeks out. SparkleTree composites the take onto a backdrop and renders the versions the campaign needs, one for every name, city or occasion. The brand team and legal approve them in the tool.

Launch week. Socials, ads and out-of-home screens build the launch in the brand voice. Your own site carries it as a web component, and the launch is published where AI assistants look when someone asks about the new flavour.

In store and in venue. A code on the end-cap, a paired screen at the bar and a banner at the stadium open the campaign. It plays the right version for the person in front of it, answers their questions and offers the next step: follow, claim, buy, find a stockist.

Every Monday. The brand team reads scans, starts, completions, questions and follow-up actions per surface and per partner, moves effort to what works, and sends each partner their own numbers.

Where it runs.

  • Socials. Launch, reminder and partner posts written in your brand voice and scheduled from one brief.
  • Ads. Paid social and search prepared for the launch window, with the spend staying on your own ad accounts.
  • Signage and DOOH. Retail, venue and out-of-home screens: the SparkleTree Android kiosk app pairs any screen or player in minutes, and any browser works too.
  • Web components. The campaign inside your brand site and product pages, resizing itself and staying on brand.
  • Print and packaging. End-caps, shelf talkers, packs, cups and banners carry a code to the live campaign. The print stays put; the campaign behind the code stays current.
  • Mobile, QR and AR. A scan opens a campaign people can watch and act on, and that answers their questions. It can include personalised video delivered in AR with partners such as VideoBomb.co.
  • AI assistants and agents. Your products and campaigns are readable by the assistants people ask what to buy, and your team can run the whole thing from Claude, Codex or any MCP client. See developers.

Compared with the usual options.

A creative agency makes one great film and a versioning plan to go with it. Printed displays cannot change once they ship. Sampling teams cost a lot per contact and leave no data behind. SparkleTree takes the idea and does the versioning, the placement and the measurement across every surface, on one Enterprise plan. FAQ

Questions brands ask us.

We work through an agency. Does SparkleTree replace them?

No. Agencies run SparkleTree for their clients, each in its own workspace with the brand’s voice, assets and approvals. The agency keeps the idea. SparkleTree does the versioning, the placement across every surface and the measurement.

Do retailers or venues need to install anything?

Not for a QR activation. A code on the display, the pack or the menu is the whole footprint, as it was at Harris Teeter. For screens, the SparkleTree Android kiosk app pairs any screen in minutes through a small Android device in its HDMI port, and any screen with a browser works too.

How do you stay on brand across hundreds of versions?

Every campaign writes from your brand book: voice, tone and the assets you have approved. Versions are reviewed before they go live, and the Enterprise plan adds roles and approvals so the brand team and legal sign off in the tool, not over email.

Is the copy written by AI?

Yes, from your brief and in your brand voice, and every campaign is reviewed before it goes live. People who talk to a campaign on their phone are told it is AI.

What does it cost for a brand?

Brand and agency activations run on the Enterprise plan, sized by the activations, locations and workspaces you need, so it starts with a conversation: book a walkthrough and a founder will scope your next activation with you. A brand that only wants its own pages found by search engines and AI assistants can start with Visibility, $895 a month or $795 billed annually. See pricing.
