SparkleTree: the Always-On Digital Promoter for venues, events and stores
Are you ready to take on more? SparkleTree puts your thing in front of more people.
We promote your events and offers before people arrive, help guests discover what else is available while they are there, and keep your online store selling after they leave.
Your customers are missing out.
Most businesses have plenty to promote: events, launches, menu specials, upgrades, VIP experiences, and merchandise. Promotion is scattered across social posts, websites, ads, signs, and word of mouth.
That is a lot of work and coordination on a good day. Now customers also ask AI assistants where to go and what to buy, and if your events and offers are not readable by them, you are not on the list. Good offers get missed, guests spend less than they would have, and the business depends on whoever happens to walk in.
One promoter. Before, during and after.
Get more people to your next event
Events and offers reach people across the channels they already use, without staff building each post by hand.
Show guests what else is on
Premium drinks, food pairings, upgrades and merch surface on screens and phones at the moment they matter.
Keep selling from your online store
Tickets, merchandise, gift cards and vouchers sell online around the clock, with the same promoter driving people back to buy.
Your next launch should be huge.
The right reason to visit and spend, to the right people. Without the staff having to constantly create and coordinate promotions.
- 01 Live entertainment and upcoming events
- 02 Premium drinks and food pairings
- 03 VIP experiences and special offers
- 04 Merchandise and repeat-visit promotions
- 05 Online store: tickets, merch, gift cards, vouchers
Selling doesn't stop when the doors close.
The same promoter that fills the room sends people to a store that's always open. Pre-sell tickets and tables, drop merch the morning after a big event, and turn one visit into a gift card for a friend.
Run it from your own tools.
Create, publish and measure campaigns from an MCP client or the CLI. The platform is self-describing: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, an API catalog, and agent skills, all documented.

What does SparkleTree cost?
The Visibility package, SEO and AI search with a brand page and a custom page built for search engines and AI assistants on your own domain, is $895 a month or $795 a month billed annually. Venue, the full promoter licence with every channel, is $4,995 a month per venue, whether you promote one event a month or one an hour. Groups, brands and agencies with many locations or workspaces get an Enterprise plan; talk to us. See pricing, or book a walkthrough and a founder will tell you what your location would pay.
Does it replace my digital signage?
It can, or it can sit alongside it. The SparkleTree Android kiosk app pairs any screen to a campaign in minutes and replaces the slideshow, or the campaign runs as a web page in your existing signage software. Either way, the same campaign also reaches people before they arrive and after they leave. See SparkleTree vs digital signage.
Do I need a developer?
No. Screens, QR codes, social posts and the online store need no code. If you want campaigns inside your own website or app, there is an embed script and a React SDK, and you can run the whole thing from Claude, Codex or any MCP client. See developers.
Where do campaigns run?
Everywhere a guest looks, from one brief. Socials and ads before people arrive. Signage and out-of-home screens, web components on your site, print carrying a QR code, and phones while they are there. Your online store, selling tickets, merch, gift cards and vouchers, after they leave. And the AI assistants people now ask what is on tonight. SparkleTree orchestrates all of it into one guided experience and tailors the assets and copy for each visitor in real time.
Is the copy AI-generated?
Yes, from your brief and in your brand voice, and you review it before it goes live. Guests who talk to a campaign on their phone are told it is AI. It picks the assets and writes the copy for each visitor in real time, from the surface, the time, what is left to sell and what they ask, so the screen at eleven on a Friday says something different from the website on a Tuesday morning.
Who is it for?
Bars and nightclubs, live music venues, festivals, retail stores, and brands that sell through them: anywhere with a lot to promote and nobody whose whole job is promoting it.
How long does setup take?
A 30-minute walkthrough with a founder, built around your actual events and offers. Then you add what is on, connect the channels you use, and point any screen at its surface. Most locations are running within the week.
Is there a case study?
Yes. A QR code on a Dr Pepper end-cap in Harris Teeter opened a video of Charlotte Hornets talent that greeted shoppers by name, one of 900+ variants SparkleTree rendered from a single take. It recorded 492 starts, and 91 percent watched it through and took a follow-up action. Read the Dr Pepper × Charlotte Hornets case study.
